Hi Clara, I don't know if you were ever a customer of Venturyfc (a scam), but if they're harassing you to get your money back, you should know that they're most likely part of the same group and are trying to scam you again under the guise of recovering your money. Don't listen to them; they're all scammers.

IT'S A SCAM! They talk sweetly and tell you all sorts of things to get you to send them your money. They're a scam! They're not a broker, they're not licensed, they steal your money! Can anyone help me figure out how to sue them?

Hi Jesus, I've done a technical analysis and found that the domain europeclaim.org was created on December 4, 2025 at 07:35:56 UTC. That means it's less than 3 months old (it's currently February 2026).
The domain is extremely recent, a website that claims to be a UK-registered company and offers "legal consulting" and "claims management" services and supposedly operates in several languages (Spanish, English, German) and claims to be in London, but whose domain was created in December 2025, is very new.
They have no address in the UK, no phone number in the UK, only a mobile number in Spain; all of this clearly indicates that it is a SCAM.
In the debt recovery sector, this is a major red flag. Legitimate companies typically have a domain name that's several years old, a verifiable digital history, press coverage or public records, and past reviews.
Do not invest any money with europeclaim.org. It clearly appears to be a cloned company; it does not exist and they impersonate other real companies. (I have tried to locate the registration EUROPE CLAIMS LIMITED CRN 13963415 in the official UK Companies House register — but no valid result appears with that specific number in the official public database.)
There are other companies with similar names, but they're not this one. Regards.

I have screenshots from the platform, screenshots from the so-called university, and the people in the WhatsApp group have already changed. Good afternoon, I joined a WhatsApp group called XL-4 EUAM Business Institute where they share the daily investment market report. Later, someone contacted me about investing through a platform called Tenability. They encouraged me to invest in TNB and NFX, and I have been making deposits.
One of the transfers I made did not reach the investment recipient, and although I presented certification from my account that the transfer was successful, they told me that I had to deposit the money again because it did not arrive and that anyway, that money was already working on the platform. After this, and after insisting that I had to deposit the money again...
I submitted a written request to the platform where I invested, as well as to the person who contacted me via WhatsApp, requesting the return of my investment because I didn't trust them. The response was that they authorized the refund and that I had to deposit 20% of my earnings to reimburse my investment and profit.
This is double what I've already "lost," and I refuse to continue. I'm asking for my initial investment back, not the profit, and they say, "Sure, but I have to pay 20% of the value upfront."
